– Great portraits have a candid feel. The subject should be interacting with the camera and looking at it, not just posing for one in front of the camera. Be yourself!

– I like to shoot shots from many angles until we find the sweet spot. You might not know this, but most of us have a “better side” and once we find it, we focus on strengths and showcasing you and your personality – that way people will see more than just a profile view or headshot.

6. How much does a San Diego portrait photoshoot cost?

I offer a variety of packages, including but not limited to:

– Family Photos – $400 for 15 digital images and print release (additional children or parents are an additional fee)

– Headshots – starting at $275 with my professional photography package which includes up to 10 photographs. If you need more than that, we can create a custom package for your specific needs
